I am in the process of purchasing a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. The condo is currently occupied by renters, so they had to be given at least 30 days notice to vacate. This worked out well for me because it gives me an opportunity to go through all of my stuff and purchase other things that I will need. I have a feeling that June 30th will be here sooner than I expect. June 30th is my closing day aka the day I officially become a home owner!!!!
